I want everyone not to send forward email using outbound service. Can
I do it?
Is there any API for Postini?

571 Errors

We are getting regular 571 Errors from the postini incoming mail
servers despite having the domain whitelisted. We have a specific
domain that redirects email to our Google Apps Premier / Postini
domain so I'm sure it appears as through a lot of spam is originating
from that IP - even though it is simply getting redirected. Is there... more »

Postini sales dept is worse then an airline

Ok I've spoken to 6 people in the sales dept who all have no idea how
to help me upgrade my service so I can increase my email archiving
retention period. Not only that I filled out the online for and got an
email that loops me back to the same form.
This is so bad. I can't imagine why google bought this company and how... more »

Cannot approve senders

Whenever I try to approve a sender I get an error message saying
"Value too long".
I've tried this from more than one computer (both Windows XP and Mac)
and with a number of different browsers (ie7, firefox, chrome,
safari...) and the problem is persistant.
Any suggestions of the issue?

PDFs being marked as viruses

We are sending emails from a few MFCs and postini is rejecting some of
those messages as viruses, but they definitely are not. Headers are
below. How can I fix this?

'real' support available?

ok, this may sound pretty direct but is there real support? We have had postini for years (before google bought them), the guy who setup things left, I am trying something as simple as adding a user, but having some problems. I don't see a phone number anywhere, yet we still pay annual for the product.... more »

User limit reached, users deleted, same error

ok, we have had positini for years, still hosting our own mail
(looking to move all the google apps), but for now, I goto my
login.postini.com and select system administration.
I went to add a user; select 'orgs' 'add users' and enter the user
n...@domain.com. I then get the following;

*domains yahoo and domain name yahoo* Yahoo will register your domains' names for under $10 a year, though as of this writing, Yahoo is having a sale on domains for $2.99 per year. That's a lot cheaper than some registrars I've seen that are still trying to charge $20 or more just for domains. Once you get your domain registered, you still need to host it somewhere.... more »
