Still going to spam after passing through Postini

Hi,
We use Postini to manage spam on our premium Google Apps domain and
Postini is working fine, however sometimes an email will pass through
Postini (due to being on a white list for example) but then still be
sent to the Gmail spam box. Is there no way of stopping mails being
marked as spam by Gmail if they have already been approved by Postini?... more »

Hi,
We have a premium Google Apps account and are using Postini to manage
our spam email. A couple of days ago the nightly spam report message
to one of our users said it contained over 100 messages however when
opening the email the list contained only 7 of these emails, the last

We had some reports today that users were not able to receive messages
from the sbcglobal.net domain. I also tested this with my personal
sbcglobal.net account and found this to be true.

Dear Discussion Forum,
We want to block all IP addresses except the addresses from Postini
because illegal e-mail keeps coming via direct access. Can you give
the IP range Postini uses for mail delivery.

Domain delete fails - claims alias accounts exist but there are none that I see

I am trying to delete a domain from one oranization so it can be added
to another as a separate account. I deleted all of the USERS first
but when attemtping to delete the domain it fails with message"Aliases
