Hi everybody, I´m new using Postini and I want to know if I could have
more than one administrator for my admin console, because we are 4
administrators for the email security, if somebody could help, it will
be great.

I think support needs to create these admin accounts for you.

Since this is not a critical issue, start here;
You can submit a priority email request as follows:

Log in to your Google Apps control panel.
Click on 'Domain Settings,' then on 'Account Information.'
Click 'Contact us online.' http://www.google.com/support/a/bin/answer.py?answer=72488&hl=en

For critical support follow the information needed under Admin Support
in the same location.

If you want an admin of a sub-org you can do that yourself in the postini interface (I'm not sure where/how though)
If you need an admin of the full top most org you need to put in a call or email to postini support to have it done.

Hi Evan, Abraham,

Yes, you can add your administrators to a sub-org. The step-by-step
instructions are here:

http://www.postini.com/webdocs/pgmr_admin/service_admin_add.html

Hope this is helpful,
Jennifer

Jennifer,
Why make this more difficult than it needs to be? They should be able
to do this already and not have to go through this process.

Hi Frank,

You're right about needing to request account administrators through
Support.
I'm posting general information about how to add administrators, and
this doc
also has references on specific privileges.

The product team understands the burden of the extra steps required to
create administrators
at the same level (peer admins) and feature request has been filed.

Thanks!
Jennifer
