Spam report locking up browser

Hi,

We have a premium Google Apps account and are using Postini to manage
our spam email. A couple of days ago the nightly spam report message
to one of our users said it contained over 100 messages however when
opening the email the list contained only 7 of these emails, the last
of which went on for many pages and contained only Chinese characters
(usualy each email is just a one line summery).

This email froze the users browser a few times before they managed to
get it open.

Could someone please tell me where I can send the details of this
email so that it can be looked into? I'm not happy posting the user/
email details in a public forum.
