For all customers, except those in Europe:

WHEN IS THE MAINTENANCE EVENT?

Saturday October 6, 2007: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM PDT

WHAT WILL HAPPEN?

During the maintenance event, the Postini Archive Console, Message
Center, and Administration Console will be unavailable for login.
After Saturday, October 6 at 10:00 PM PDT, you can log in as usual.

WILL MY EMAIL BE AFFECTED?

No, your Google Apps email users can continue send and receive
messages as usual. All email will continue to be archived. This
maintenance does not impact the effectiveness, security, or archiving
feature of your Postini for Google Apps service.

WHAT'S THE REASON FOR THIS MAINTENANCE EVENT?

We are moving our California data processing operations to a state-of-
the-art facility in Nevada. This new data center---located in the
safest geological zone in the United States---provides Postini with
industry-leading power and cooling capabilities, support for ongoing
infrastructure growth, and world-class security.

providing you with service through our new data center!
