hey all, what level of disability are most of you experiencing, and do you see a gradual decrease in ability, even when trying to "take it easy"? I find that my biggest difficulty is the fatigue and it's attendent brain-fog. i'm going to be teaching a college course in the spring and am a little apprehensive of facing it while dealing with that fatigue. any suggestions... more »
