Hello Linda: I am responding to you even though I have the feeling that this
group, Post-Polio googlegroups.com is not really running. I have responded to
a number of introductory postings but nothing ever happens. After the initial
posting, everyone disappears into thin air. Anyway, maybe this time, since I
am also sending the reply to your private e-mail address something will
happen.
I am also a polio survivor. Had polio with residual paralysis when I was less
than 2 years old. (That's about the same as you, is it not? What a
coincidence!) Anything you would like to ask, just shoot away. I'll be happy to exchange
information. Polio initially affected my left leg, but my current struggles
with PPS appear to indicate that it was more than just the leg.
