to Polyphasic Sleep
Hi,
I am planning on an Everyman Sleep Schedule, with a 3 hour Core along
with 2 naps.
My overall schedule would be something like this:
Core: 12 AM - 3 AM
Nap 1 : 12 PM - 1 PM
Nap 2 : 6:40 PM - 7:00 PM
I know this question may sound a bit naive, but is this a feasible
plan?
And how difficult it is to transform your Everyman schedule into an
Uberman?
Thanks
P.S :Any polyphaser from India in here??

It looks feasible to me. But I think it could be made better. You
might feel groggy waking up from 1hour nap1. Because in 1 hour you are
going to be in a pretty deep sleep and it is harder to wake up from
deep sleep. But after few minutes activity after that you should feel
fine. It looks like you are trying to fit your schedule into your work
schedule. Can't you fit another nap in the morning 7:30am-7:50am? Can
you have your nap2 in the evening earlier? I guess it would be easier
if you try to stick with the original Everyman sleep. It seems that
people have different capabilities of adapting to polyphasic sleep so
either way might be easy or hard for you.

Adapting to Everyman can be hard by itself so I guess it might be
better thinking about Uberman after you adapt to Everyman.

This schedule does not look feasable to me, standard everyman is a 3 hour core with 3 x 20 minute naps.  The more you deviate from that standard the more likely you are to fail at transitioning.  A 1 hour nap is going to get you every time, you should probably either stick with 20 minute naps or move it to a 90 minute nap (one core cycle).

Obviously you can try anything, but from reading this forum for the last couple years and also since I have been doing standard Everyman for about 2 years, it seems like almost everyone who deviates from the standard thinks they are doing great for upwards to a week before crashing and quitting.
