Welcome!  This is the new home of the polyphasic sleep community.  This is the place for discussions of any polyphasic sleep cycle, and a community of experienced polyphasers, people trying it, and people who are interested.

AGE POLICY: NO MINORS

Due to the risks of sleep deprivation, the unknown possible side-effects of polyphasic sleep schedules, and the unknown risks of long-term health damage in staying polyphasic for extended periods, this group is for adults only.  If you are an adult, you should join this group only with the understanding that any attempt to modify your sleep schedule is undertaken at your own risk.  If you are not of the age of consent (18 or over, unless the law is different where you live) you should not subscribe.  Any list members who admit to, or leave evidence of, being under the age of consent will be unsubscribed by the moderators.

SEARCHING PAST MESSAGES

We moved here from the Yahoo uberman group ("http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/uberman/"), due to lack of moderation, which allowed too much spam.  While the old messages from Yahoo were transferred to this group, they are unfortunately not searchable.  So if you don't find and answer for your search here, please search the old messages at Yahoo.
