Scanning for name tags has gotten stuck for me twice. It is quite
clearly stuck. I've tried refreshing, logging out and back in, and
logging in from another computer. I restarted (by turning off the
feature and turning it back on) and it happened again but didn't even
make it as far as the first time.

It made some progress but after leaving it again for three hours it
made no progress after reaching 81%

Seems like others have had similar issues

Just leave it overnight. Remember, it's happening on Google's server,
so you can close down your PC.

It got "stuck" at 32% for me, I closed down and it was completed in
the morning.
