I get the same error. I love POG!

Thanks for the notification. The server got upgraded to PHP 5. I
switched POG's config so that it uses phpsoap. Should work now.

Please let me know if you encounter any problem.

thanks

It's happening again.

Also, Soureforge is @ 3.0c not 3.0d, which pog.com seems to have been
running for a while. Update please? :)

The online generator seems to be working fine now. Are you sure it's
not working for you?

It was the SOAP version that wasn't working and tossed the error I
pasted in the other thread. :-)

Thanks for the update.

Hey there,
Joel, is it possible to use the source version of POG to host your own
SOAP server? I've tried this just quickly and it didn't work. Is there
some kind of configuration you need to do to get it running? Or can it
only work from phpobjectgenerator.com?

Cheers,
Aaron.

You can certainly run it locally.

Download the latest source from SVN,

I assume you're running php 5 locally? if so here are the instructions
to run the code generator locally on php 5:

Hey Joel,
Thanks for the reply.

I assume you're running php 5 locally?

Indeed!

if so here are the instructions
to run the code generator locally on php 5:
http://groups.google.com/group/Php-Object-Generator/browse_thread/thread/9e48792c5cf27424/

The instructions seem straight-forward, but I can't find this stuff in the POG source I have:

To get it to work, you need to
1. change $configuration['soapEngine'] = "nusoap"; to "phpsoap"

Where is this directive?

2. then in services/pog.wsdl, scroll to the bottom, and modify this
line
                        <soap:address location="http://www.phpobjectgenerator.com/services/
soap_php5.php"/>
so that it points to your local copy of soap_php5.php

The services/ directory doesn't contain either pog.wsdl or soap_php5.php. It only has nusoap.php and soap.php, along with bannedip.txt. Am I missing something here?

Cheers,
Aaron.

Np.

You need the latest version of the code generator 3.0d either from SVN
or sourceforge.

This is still happening on 2.6. It's been a couple days and I have an
app due!

Anyway it can be fixed right away?

Thanks
