Please bring a check for your amount due made out to "Cub Scout Pack 1221" and give it to me anytime that evening.
My understanding is that our tickets will be together, but we can arrive at different times and there will be a table/booth outside the stadium that will distribute tickets. If I receive information to the contrary, I will another send a note to all.

Please read the following regarding scout night at the Lexington Legends. Make sure your participants have a copy to read the rules & regulations before attending.
Well that was surely an experience! Unfortunately, the game that didn’t happen will probably be remembered a long time fot those that made it out! For those that don’t know… just two outs into the game the heavy rains and high winds forced all to run for shelter and after a delay the game and campout were cancelled. SAVE YOUR TICKET STUBS! THERE ARE NO REFUNDS! However, your stubs can be used for one of the few remaining games and the Legends will also schedule a campout only makeup date. I will call the coordinator Monday and see if I can work a better deal as I am concerned folks won’t have ticket stubs or be available for the rescheduled campout. This isn’t a Pack 1221 organized event, so the no refund policy is not something we have any control over. The Legend’s did make the no refund policy clear and they do have a backup plan so all is not lost. Finally, not everyone showed up that signed up or I did not get to see you so I’ve received payment from most but not everyone. For those of you that paid to camp at the Lexington Legends on Aug. 13, which was cancelled due to weather, we have worked with the Lexington Legends and agreed upon the rescheduled date of September 16 for the camp out only. There will not be a game on this date. Check-in begins at 8:00 PM at the front gate. That evening we will be showing two movies followed by the campout.
This is for Scouts/Leaders/Parents that paid to camp on August 13. If you have any questions, contact the Council Office at 859-231-7811
The Lexington Legends will be providing water and popcorn at night and doughnuts and OJ in the morning.

For those of you that paid to camp at the Lexington Legends on Aug. 13, which was cancelled due to weather, we have worked with the Lexington Legends and agreed upon the rescheduled date of September 16 for the camp out only. There will not be a game on this date. Check-in begins at 8:00 PM at the front gate. That evening we will be showing two movies followed by the campout.
This is for Scouts/Leaders/Parents that paid to camp on August 13. If you have any questions, contact the Council Office at 859-231-7811
The Lexington Legends will be providing water and popcorn at night and doughnuts and OJ in the morning.

Well that was surely an experience! Unfortunately, the game that didn’t happen will probably be remembered a long time fot those that made it out! For those that don’t know… just two outs into the game the heavy rains and high winds forced all to run for shelter and after a delay the game and campout were cancelled. SAVE YOUR TICKET STUBS! THERE ARE NO REFUNDS! However, your stubs can be used for one of the few remaining games and the Legends will also schedule a campout only makeup date. I will call the coordinator Monday and see if I can work a better deal as I am concerned folks won’t have ticket stubs or be available for the rescheduled campout. This isn’t a Pack 1221 organized event, so the no refund policy is not something we have any control over. The Legend’s did make the no refund policy clear and they do have a backup plan so all is not lost. Finally, not everyone showed up that signed up or I did not get to see you so I’ve received payment from most but not everyone. The event depleted most of the pack funds, so we do need reimbursement from everyone that signed up. Better luck to us next time! Cubmaster Kevin 859-539-3469 (call or text)
