01. ...are obviously from a known spammer, or from a commercial establishment that doesn't contribute to the PMP credential; keeping this group's ideals ideal;

02. ...are from email addresses that don't necessarily match up to an actual person; i "google" every person who requests membership;

03. ...do not detail the subscriber's reasons for joining; i've observed that those are generally human resources or social network spammers;

04. ...are not in english; since the majority of this group's existing membership speaks english.
