and the discrimination of the police favoring the disruptive
homosexual demonstrators.

The following pastors represented the orthodox Christian community and
their churches very well: Miles McPherson, Senior Pastor of The Rock
Church; Dr. Timothy Winters, Senior Pastor of Bayview Baptist Church;
Bishop George McKinney, Senior Pastor of St. Stephen's COGIC; Bishop
Roy Dixon, Senior Pastor of Faith Chapel COGIC; With Dr. Jim Garlow,
Senior Pastor of Skyline Church. Also present and boldly standing for
heterosexual marriage and Prop 8 was Tony Krvaric, the Chairman of the
Republican Party of San Diego County, who has valiantly been trying to
protect and include Republican orthodox Christians in the Republican
Party against the will and efforts of the Republican secularists,
atheists and homosexuals who want to marginalize and silence
Republican orthodox Christians, like Sarah Palin and Huckabee. He
apologized when I thanked him for his many emails.
During the 90 minute rally there were over 500 people attending.
Thanks to the Lord in answer to your prayers, the gathering went well
and the people gathered acted like good Christians, even though the
police let the homosexual protestors do their best to interrupt,
interfere with and ruin the gathering. As usual the homosexual
oppressors were rude, inconsiderate and very intolerant, using
megaphones to verbally abuse the gathering's speakers and audience. In
answer to many prayers, their rude noise did not ruin the meeting. The
police allowed the homosexual oppressors to use two very loud
megaphones in addition to their shouting and chanting, just forty feet
from the gathering's speakers and just five feet from their audience.
Some of us held up a large pro heterosexual marriage banner to at
least try to keep the protestors out of the speakers' sight and out of
sight of most of the audience. The rude disruptors were  less than 6
feet behind me, yet both I and the audience were still able to hear
well most of what was said from the podium by the speakers. I have
hearing problems and to me that was both a miracle and an answer to
prayer.
Apparently the San Diego City Police discriminated against the
Christian and political folks that gathered there, appearing to
clearly favor the oppressive homosexual demonstrators. I asked
officers Seimer, Guaderrama and Gesser why they allowed the disruptors
to be so close to the gathering and to use their two megaphones to
disrupt the gathering. They told me that because the meeting was on
public property, they had to allow it. I confronted them to try to
show them their partiality and discrimination against the Christians
by pointing out to them that they would never allow such a loud and
hostile demonstration on public property behind the bleachers and
backstop of an ongoing and permitted base/softball or Little League
game, and for sure not within forty feet of golfers teeing off on a
public golf course during a public tournament. When he saw that he had
no logical or reasonable response to those scenarios and their refusal
to make the homosexual disruptors behave peacefully, to provide equal
protection for the gathering, Officer Seimer told me that he was just
following orders to allow the disruptors to be so close and to use
megaphones within feet of the gathering. Given that we have a pro-
homosexual, and apparently anti-ortodox-Christian mayor, and that the
homosexual community is a powerful political force in San Diego, it
was no surprise that a San Diego Police commander would give such a
biased and discriminatory order, allowing the homosexual oppressors to
do their best to disrupt the peaceful meeting. Officer Seimer seemed
to enjoy the distress caused to the gathering, but Officer Gesser was
obviously upset and uncomfortable about what was being permitted. Most
of the time Officers Seimer, Gesser and Guaderrama behaved themselves
professionally even though what they were ordered to permit was unjust
and discriminatory. It was a real comfort to know that there were
armed off duty city, state and federal agents in the crowd to protect
the pro heterosexual marriage speakers and audience. A member of Miles
McPherson's security crew made me aware of the many death threats he
receives from intolerant homosexuals.

This behavior by the SD Police Department is very easy to understand
when one remembers that the San Diego Fire Department showed their pro-
homosexual and anti-personal-freedoms and anti-freedom-of-conscience
bias when you remember they  forced its firefighters to attend the
parade in their official uniforms.  "The firefighters claim parade
attendees made obscene gestures, uttered inappropriate remarks and
displayed lewd behavior that made them uncomfortable." Finally on Feb.
2009 it was reported that "The four San Diego firefighters who were
commanded against their wills to drive a fire truck in the city's "gay
pride" parade, where they were subjected to explicit sexual advances
and obscenities, have won their case."

Diego City means you are giving money to a government that appears to
be openly for the disruptive, hostile and anti-Christian  homosexuals
and the licentious. Please consider using convention/conference sites
and patronizing hotels, motels and restaurants in the cities that
surround San Diego, like Chula Vista, National City, La Mesa, Lemon
Grove, Spring Valley,Poway, Santee, Lakeside and El Cajon and Alpine.
Most are within 15 minutes of any meetings you might have in San
Diego, and there are large churches where large gatherings can be
held.
If you have to stay in San Diego, then please consider staying at the
Manchester Grand Hyatt (3 star rating, 1 Market Pl, San Diego, CA,
92101; 619-232-1234). Its management openly supported Prop 8 and has
suffered crippling bocotts by the oppressive homosexual community, so
feel free to patronize them.

WHY DO ORTHODOX CHRISTIANS PROTEST HOMOSEXUAL MARRIAGE IN CALIFORNIA?
They have no problem with civil unions with the rights of marriage. Is
it because they don't want their children to see what they believe to
be "immorality" clothed in the morality of marriage, marriage they
believe which is supposed to be holy and undefiled???????

[1] If Prop 8 had passed and homosexual marriage had become legal,
California State law would have required orthodox Christian pastors to
perform homosexual marriages upon demand or lose their state licenses
to perform marriages. Since most of such pastors would refuse to
"participate in the sins of others" (Eph 5:7), they would lose their
licenses, denying Christians the right to have legal church weddings,
requiring Christians to have to have both a church wedding and then a
civil wedding to be legally married Christians.

[2] We believe the Scriptures and we are obligated to do everything
possible to protect our children and mates and deliver them from the
horrible consequences the Word of God indicates lies in the future of
the sexually immoral, described in the following Scriptures
******1 Cor 6: 9 ¶ Do you not know that unrighteous persons shall not
inherit the kingdom of God? Do not err: neither sex sinners
[Ezek23], . . . nor those who have sex with another's woman &/or those
who leave their wives and marry another, . . nor male catamites &/or
prostitutes who allow themselves to be homosexually used , nor
homosexuals/pederasts , 10  . . . nor abusive persons,  . . .  shall
inherit the kingdom of God.

No parent in their right mind wants their children to not "inherit the
Kingdom of God", to become "worthy of death" by God, or to be grouped
with and share the fate God has in store for those bound for Hell, the
lewd, "the lawless and insubordinate, for the impious and sinful, for
the unholy and profane, for smiters of fathers and smiters of mothers;
for murderers, for those who sin sexually, homosexuals, kidnappers,
liars, perjurers . . . ." So we do all we can to prevent our children
from becoming such, from sharing for thousands of years the horrible
and agonizing torment of being quarantined in the Lake of Fire, and
missing the joys of being in the presence of Jesus and His kind and
gentle Love, enlightening Light, liberating Truth and the glorious
wonder of His Way in Heaven and in His New Jerusalem, Heaven and
earth.

We love America, we see what God has done to other nations, and we
don't want to lose America and the freedoms given to Americans by its
Constitution and Bill of Rights:
***Lev 18:21 And you shall not give of thy seed to let them pass
through [fire] to [sacrificed to] Molech [in infanticide/
abortion], . . . 22 And you shall not have genital contact with
mankind as one has genital contact with a woman: it is an abomination.
23 And you shall have genital contact with no beast to become unclean
[by genital emission] therewith; and a  woman shall not stand before a
beast to have genital contact with it: it is confusion. 24 Make not
yourselves unclean in any of these things; for in all these have the
nations which I am casting out before you made themselves unclean. 25
And the land has become unclean; and I visit the iniquity thereof upon
it, and the land vomits out its inhabitants. 26 But you shall observe
my statutes and my judgments, and shall not commit any of all these

and they bereave it, and it become a desolation, so that no one passes
through because of the beasts;  . . . 17 Or [if] I bring the sword
upon that land, and say, "Sword, go through the land," so that I cut
off man and beast from it, . . . 19 Or [if] I send a pestilence into
that land, and pour out My fury upon it in blood, to cut off from it
man and beast, 20 and Noah, Daniel, and Job should be in it, [as] I
live, says the Lord Jehovah, they should deliver neither son nor
daughter: they should [but] deliver their own souls by their

We don't want to lose the America of 1776, or to experience our
families being vomited out by the land of America, or to see our
families suffer God's "four sore judgments" which will soon come on
America if it continues on its present course. So we obey God's
command:
***Eph5:6 No one should deceive you with vain words, for on account of
these
things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience. 7 Be not
therefore co-participants/fellow-partakers with them [in doing these
things]; . . . 11 and do not have fellowship with the unfruitful works
of darkness, but rather also reprove, confute, admonish, convict,
convince and rebuke [those who do them]; [patiently, gently, humbly
and respectfully] tell [others of their] fault.  [With 2 Tim
