We need people to help with the booth for the annual Mayfair held in Collingwood this coming Saturday, May 26^th. ( Rain date: May 27^th) If unsure, please call 856-858-9275 for a recorded message regarding rain date.

Set up on the street begins approximately 8:00 am. If rain date 10 am ( This is when we set up the canopy and arrange literature and other items in the booth)

· Need 2 to 3 people willing to help with set up

Actual Mayfair Event runs from 10 am to 5 pm. If rain date: times are 12 – 5pm

( During this time we talk to people about the issues locally, state and nationally that we have been working on )

List duties involved:

· Get Petitions signed

· Sign people up to join our group

· Provide information about issues to help educate people to the issues and what is at stake.

· Sell items available…books, bumper stickers, buttons

· Help promote candidates that we support.

· Need people to volunteer for a set time they would be willing to help at the booth.

* Usually 2 people are needed there at all times.

* Normally people volunteer for 2 - 3 hour durations.

Break Down is at 5 – 6 pm

Need 2 to 3 people to help put away literature, pack up displays and take down canopy.

LOCATION OF BOOTH: Booth Located in Section U at the Intersection of Haddon Ave and Powell Lane. See Map http://bit.ly/K55Asd . Our booth should be near the new Lumberyard Condos and close to WAWA.

If you have any problems finding us just ask any of the Event Volunteers and they will direct you to the location.

For each hour or task there are buttons on the right, click on the buttons by the hours you are able to cover. There is space for 2 volunteers for each hour. This way when someone goes to sign up, they will see what times are still need to be covered and how many are needed.
