How can I add hyperlinks so I could navigate to other pages of my pdf
file?

Hello,
I am sorry, but that has not been implemented.
It could easily be done with JavaScript for Acrobat/Reader 5, but
Adobe changed the way JavasScript can be used.
So that is something that should be implemented in the future.
