My application is having problems with the api server

I have an application based on the v2.0 API (openomy.rb). This application has been running fine for weeks. It performs an off-site backup of several websites. 	After reading the API documentation and looking at the sample Ruby file (I've never used Ruby so I'm probably missing the obvious) I have constructed a rudimentary C# application to connect to Openomy.
