Hi,

So I have this windows tray application that's almost ready for its
first release (along with a partial C# implementation of the API), but
I want to be able to make a file public. I see that in 2006 this
feature was requested but I don't see an implementation in the 2.0
API. Am I missing something?

You're not missing anything. We don't have this API available currently.

We can build it in, though, without too much trouble.

I'll work to get this out in the next week.
