We have our back-end integration figured out. We are now struggling

Submit API Down?

Is anyone else having a problem with the Submit API? It's failing for
no reason, whereas it seemed to be fine last night. I'm hearing the
same from another developer. This is really bad, as most of us are
developing for the Apps for Democracy competition, whose deadline is
in ~12 hours.

How come all of the service requests have the address ID 244012? Is
there any way to get real data there so we can get lat/lngs from the
service requests?

Is there a way to test submitting tickets (with the submit method)? It's easy to read stuff safely, but I don't want to submit things accidentally. What's up with the temporary token? I assume if you want to track a request you would use that temporary token with getFromToken to get a request ID, then use get to get information on the request. But why the indirection... more »
