On Friday, May 28, 2010, at 3:40am, the victim, W/F, was walking in
the 1000 block of Royal when she was approached by an unknown black
male. The suspect grabbed the victim’s purse from her shoulder and
then fled on a dark bicycle on Royal, turning on Ursulines toward N
Rampart, then unknown.
The suspect is described as a black male, 25y/o, 5’10”-6’00”, 180lbs,
dark complexion, wearing a white tank top and jean shorts.
