On Saturday, June 5, 2010, at 11:24pm, the victim, 23 y/o B/F, was
walking near Clinton & Bienville when she was approached by an unknown
white male. The suspect grabbed the victim’s purse from her shoulder
and then fled on foot.
Responding Officers apprehended the suspect, Chad Rinkus, W/M,
4-22-88. Additional information on these arrests and/or any subsequent
