On Saturday, November 7, 2009, at 3:10am, the victim, B/M, was walking
near the intersection of N Peters & Iberville when he was approached
by an unknown black male.  A verbal altercation began and the suspect
produced an unknown object and cut the victim on the arm.  The suspect
then fled into a blue four door Lexus, which fled on N Peters toward
Canal, then unknown.

The suspect is described as a black male, 20-25, 6’01”, 180lbs, short
haircut, wearing a black sweatshirt and black jeans.
