The victim stated that on Saturday, December 12, 2009, at
approximately 12:50 p.m., he had relocated to his ex-female friend’s
(arrested subject) residence, in the 1000 block of Independence St. to
retrieve his property. Shortly thereafter, the victim was placing his
property inside of his vehicle when the arrested subject followed him
and stated, “You could have told me you got back with your wife.” At
this point the arrested subject relocated back inside her residence
and retrieved a stainless steel knife and approached the victim as he
started entering his vehicle. The arrested subject made an attempt to
flatten the vehicle’s tire. When the victim attempted to stop her, the
arrested subject swung the knife toward the victim, striking him once.
The victim was treated and released.
