The victim stated on Saturday 11-07-09 at about 2:30pm, she was
involved in a verbal altercation with her boyfriend. The victim
stated the altercation led to her boyfriend pointing a machete at
her. The victim's boyfriend stated "your going to make me kill you."
The victim fled to the bathroom where she notified the police via cell
phone.

Known subject
Major Bernardine W. Kelly
Commander, Fifth District
