Aggravated Assault 12-03-09

On Thursday, December 3, 2009 at about 10:35am, the victim stated she
was inside her residence at 1800 block of Gallier Street when she
began receiving phone call from her male companion’s wife. She called
approximately seven times within ten minutes. The victim stated she
eventually answered her phone and was told by the wanted subject she
was outside her residence and wanted to speak her concerning her
husband.

The victim stated she relocated outside and observed the wanted
subject sitting in the front driver’s seat of a vehicle holding a semi-
automatic firearm. She pointed the firearm at the victim and stated “I
got something for you’re a... I’m going to load you’re a...up.” The
victim returned inside and notified the police. The subject fled the
scene.
