Update on 11/25 6400 Gen Meyer Murder

On 11/25 at 2135hrs, officers responded to a shooting at the above
location. upon arrival, officers observed two victims suffering from
gun shot wounds. Both victims were transported to university hospital,
where one victim expired and the other was listed in serious
condition.

On 12/08/09, a juvenile subject was arrested and charged with the

On 12/05 at 1505hrs, victim was driving at the above location, at
which time an unknown white vehicle pulled up behind. unknown black
male leaned out of rear passenger window and fired 8-9 shots at the
victim's vehicle, shattering the back glass.

On 12/05 at 2057hrs, victim was walking from ALgiers Ferry towards
his vehicle, at which time he was was approached from behind by an
unknown black male. subject demanded the victim's jewelry and wallet
and drove away in the victim's vehicle.

subject B/M 25yrs, 6'00", 200lbs, black hooded sweatshirt, dark pants,

On 12/01 at 2031hrs, subject entered the store and demanded the clerk
to open the safe. subject fled the location in an unknown direction.

subject #1 B/M 5'10"-6'00",medium build, blue overalls, grey or tan

On Saturday, December 5, 2009 at about 9:50pm, the victim and subject
were involved in a verbal altercation. The altercation became
physical when the subject slapped the victim in the face and neck.
The victim then discovered that he was bleeding profusely from his
neck. The subject fled in an unknown direction.

subject asked the victim if she had change, at which time she reached
inside her purse to retrieve change. at this time, the subject grabbed

On 11/28 at 1600hrs, victims were standing near their residence, at
which time they were approached by three unknown black males. subjects
asked if the victims wanted to buy a watch, however the victims
advised they weren't interested. one subject then lifted his shirt and
showed the victims a handgun and demanded money.

On 11/121 at 1940hrs, victims were standing on sidewalk, at which time
they were approached from behind by three unknown black males.
subjects stated "gimme your money" while pointing a black semi-
automatic handgun, second subject was h olding a chrome revolver. one
victim advised he had no money, at which time he was struck in the jaw

On 11/18 at 2230hrs, cab driver was dispatched to the above location,
at which time he was flagged down by two unknown black males. subjects
entered the cab and robbed him, at which time the victim wrestled with
the armed subject and was able to take his gun.

On 11/15 at 0400hrs, victim entered his residence, at which time he
was approached from behind by two unknown black males. Subjects
ordered the victim to lay on the ground and demanded money. victim

aggravated assault 900 block of hendee

On 11/18 at 1557hrs, victim was standing on side of residence, at
which time he was approached by subjects inside a Ford Taurus or
Mercury Sable. witnesses heard several gun shots.

subject B/M 20yrs, 5'08"-5'09", 140-150lbs, slender build, dark
complexion, low hair cut, alias "D-Murder".
