I've just got a set of the cahiers and in the little history of
moleskine leaflet it says:

"Quality control"

"Every notebook is handmade and it has been carefully checked for
quality. If, despite our best efforts, we have overlooked a defect of
any kind, please let us know."

They then go on to say that if you send a digital photo of the problem
with your mailing address they'll send you a replacement, along with a
number to quote.

Has anyone tried this? One of the cahiers is back-to-front so the
perforated pages are at the front which I guess counts as a defect!

Given the issues people have been reporting with the "made in China"
thread, interesting that they put this in.

Leaflet can't be that old, because it has the new watercolour notebooks
and July2006 18 month planners in it.

An update - I emailled through photos of the back-to-front cahier, and
I received a nice friendly message saying a new one is being sent to
me, so props to customer service.

To whom are you sending this? I've haven't sent in any photos of mine,
but would like to to help show/illustrate the problem.
