HI Armand,

Thanks for your interest! The penclip i made is one of the sample
only, and i plan to use different material to make it, that mean there
is different style different pattern available, and everything is in
the production process now cuz it is a handmade product.

I will email you the preview of my products if you are
interested.

thanks again!

Very nice. Is that some sort of elastic, or is it cloth?

Hi Chad Sobodash,

Thanks! It's kind of nyon but with elasticity, and this is one
of the material i use, and i plan to use different kind of material and
pattern, and produced them in a limited quantity :D

cheers,
Bubi

Ah, then I guess they'd run for quite a bit. I just spend all my
cash on Speedball pens, ink, and stationary. Oh, and I highly reccomend
Speedball pens for those on a tight budget.

hi chad sobodash,

Let me clarify the material, it's basically a nyon, but just
with low elasticity not a elastic cloth, cuz i found those elastic
cloth is easy to lose the elasticity and i am afraid it would lose when
u pull in to the moleskine book. i am sorry that my english is not
good, hope u can get my message.

cheers,

I absolutely love this, kind of reminds me of the socks they have for
iPods. Will you be making this available to those of us in the States?
If so, will there be any choice on the color of the material?

hi Cinmeafia,

Thanks for your interest, sure, i would ship worldwide!

I would try to source different color and pattern of the material
for making the penclip, and i will post the latest material on Flickr
later, if someone like it , i will use it to make penclip. Btw, what
color you like for ur moleskine?

cheers,
Bubi

Well, aesthetics would say that a black would complement the black
elastic band already on there. Or, a beige would match the color of the
pages. A white would give it a tuxedo sort of feel. I'd say you should
just make it in whatever colors you like, since the ball's in your
court.

just to add my voice to those above - I think this is a fantastic idea, and would be interested in finding out more - how much would they retail for?

I love the idea of having different colours to go with different moleskines. I think that a nice deep colour would accent the black of the 'skine beautifully. How about a burgundy or maybe british racing green?

Personally I don't really like it. Is is an odd color (I guess that
could be fixed.) It does not enclose the bottom of the pen, therefore
if you had a nice capped pen you might pop off the pen by accident and
have nothing left but, the cap. Because I use fountain pens, this
would not be useful to me.
