I switched things up for the next section and bumped Cookies in front of cakes, as we're probably all going to be baking lots of cookies over the next few months anyway. Thanks, Kayte, for such a great idea!

Great idea! How long will we be in cookies?

I'm likely moving this winter and will be without a kitchen for awhile. Eek!! Right during holiday baking season!!

We will be in the cookie section for six months -- from December through May of next year. There are a lot more recipes in the chapter than the others (25), and I, for one, want to make them all!
