[MT-L] Attribute question

I have an attribute that takes me to the med rec screen from nursing and EDM and one that takes us to the allergy screen in both. I need to have one now that takes us to NUR notes so rehab can flip directly from a query screen into free text notes.  I tried substituting NUR.NOTE.patient  on the attribute for med rec but it doesn’t work.  Any help out there?

We are 5.64 Magic and have a question asking if the user wants to write a note. If Yes then this attribute takes them to patient notes routine.
