[MEDITECH-L] POM/Acknowledging Orders

[Dana L. Monroe]

Can anyone tell me the process they are using to acknowledge orders
within their organization? Is each area responsible to acknowledge
orders for their own specialty, ex. PT, Radiology, Lab, etc. Also, what
are you using as an audit trail for OE? We currently do not archive OE
audit trail information. Are you archiving the discharge report?
