[MT-L] CS 5.65 LSS APR Immunization-foreign immunizations

Question regarding Immunizations - We have patients who have received
immunizations in other countries which are not offered in the US.  We would like
to document this in their chart in the Immunization (HM Module).  Our idea is to
create an "Other" immunization -> component -> antigen.  Are any other sites
documenting this information in this module?  If so, can you share how you are
handling this?  We appreciate any input.  Thanks!
