We are a 6.0 facility. I am trying to find out if there is a way to write a rule that will prevent a particular query from being recalled into an assessment …such as when I am documenting wound care, I can recall all previous answers but I don’t want the answers to the wound staging queries to be recalled.  Any thoughts?

Our site is 6.05 pp13 and to my knowledge there is not a rule to suppress recall functionality (If anyone does know of such a rule, please share J).

To get around this, what we have done is to break the doc section apart into several small doc sections (and just disable the recall function on the doc section that contains those queries). Then at the intervention level put all of the doc sections back together to get one assessment.

Hope this helps!

On the question set page, under the recall button at the top, the drop down menu allows you to select, batch (all of the associated queries), or Individual.
