[MT-L] CS NPR Select Field Null Date

Hi folks, does anyone know how to write the select field to look for a null date value?  In this example, BAR.PAT.subscriber.ins.eff.date – I’m looking for all where the field does not have a date value.

I always forget if checking for a NE null or EQ to null is Kosher in NPR report writer.

I know you have to be careful when you check for null in your own code (i.e. macro)
