Our registration person in Radiology is having the following problem and
we're unable to find the cause, maybe someone has some advice.
When scanning in ADM her scanner just freezes. We have tried 3
different scanners and given her a different pc. The process will work
after killing the digiscan.exe process. I will create a s.i. with
Meditech but looking for other opinions.
Thank you in advance.

Have you tried giving her full permissions to the folder that the exe is
in? Is there a temp folder where the scans go before they are saved?
Does she have permissions to that?
Have you tried deleting her user profile and recreating it?
