him. I tried to find the solution in a Knowledge base article

I am re-writing all of our clinical interventions to have information
like below...
If we could get the SCr and CrCl field to populate that would be awesome!

Example:

[f today]
[f pt name] has an order for ertapenem (Invanz) [] gm IVPB q[] hrs with
an Est. CrCl~ [] ml/min.

Patient Data:
Age: [f pt cur age] Gender: [f pt sex] Wt: [q NURNBWT13] kg Ht: [q
NURNBHT13] cm SCr: []
