[MT-L] Restrict LAB Result Warning in MG 5.64

In the MIS Interaction/conflict group on page 2 is a "Restrict LAB Result" Y/N. I was wondering what other sites have done with this prompt. I am thinking of turning it off, as the MD's complain about alert fatigue as it is.
Any responses would be helpful. Thanks!
