[MT-L] Transfer Routine

We are Meditech 5.65 PP8 and in the process of implementing CPOE.
Are you using the transfer routine for Post OPs and or ED to Inpatients I would like to know how you are managing the Resuscitation Status order?
What we are seeing is that if the resuscitation order is entered into the transfer routine by the LIP when the nurse processes the transfer he/she has to readdress the status. Also, when the nurse processes the transfer he/she has to choose an order source and the orders are not counting towards our CPOE numbers for ARRA.
Is there a better way to handle the resuscitation order in the transfer routine?
Are you able to have these orders count towards your CPOE numbers for ARRA?
How are you alerting the receiving nurse that there are transfer orders to be processed?
