FCLn attributes ONLY execute their logic if there is a NEW response entered (as you have learned). If you want the message regardless of a new response, simply place this logic in an IFE attribute so that it is executed as the cursor "lands" on the query.
Keep in mind that the IFE must end with a non-nil value so that the cursor will stop in the query response after the message. Simply end the attribute with a comma one and that will do it! You can use the exact logic that you have only changing the final "" to 1.
