[MT-L] need pop-up message attribute

I am in need of an FCL attribute that will pop-up a message not based on any response and even if there is something in the field already. I have been playing around with different versions but none seem to be working.
We have a Flu Vaccine field where the nurse is to enter the date (NURAA3A2130) the vaccine was given to the best of the pt's knowledge. In most cases they at least enter a year. The field is a Comment type field. Our Flu vaccine fields are demo recall and the Admit Hx is set to default last response in the NUR dictionary. So when the patient gets admitted, if the fields were answered previously, there will be a response there.
I tried the following: FCL1={@W.return("THE DATE FIELD MUST REFLECT THE DATE/YEAR THE VACCINE WAS
FCL1= GIVEN"),""}
But I only get the message if I delete what's there from demo recall and reenter another response. I want the message to pop up as I am Entering thru the field regardless of whether there is a response or not.

Hi Sue,

FCLn attributes ONLY execute their logic if there is a NEW response entered (as you have learned). If you want the message regardless of a new response, simply place this logic in an IFE attribute so that it is executed as the cursor "lands" on the query.

Keep in mind that the IFE must end with a non-nil value so that the cursor will stop in the query response after the message. Simply end the attribute with a comma one and that will do it! You can use the exact logic that you have only changing the final "" to 1.
