[MT-L] 6.06 Hand Helds bar code

We are looking to use bar codes to scan patient issues for the MM application on 6.06. We are needing to create a "combination" bar code so that the nurses only have to scan one bar code instead of multiple bar codes. Does anyone have this NPR report that creates this in NPR 6.06?
