I was wondering if there are difficutlies that are keeping people from
contributing to MbUnit. Are there things that could be changed to make it
easier for you to contribute? Are there things missing that would make it
easier for you to contribute? In general are there things that we control
that are keeping you from contributing?

Hi,
MbUnit has much lager user scope than outside of the list so its not a true
reflection of who uses it but I agree with Jay we need to do more to get
more people using MbUnit. I have asked before and I will ask again, if you
are a part of a usergroup think about giving a talk, I can help out on
slides etc. If thinking about an writing an article, consider MbUnit, me and
Jay wrote one for O'Reilly and thats a start but with more we can get more.
Even blogging MbUnit will help, blog whats great about MbUnit, why you use
it, why you love it etc.
What's stopping you running MbUnit at the moment? Having problems running
MbUnit or even is .NET 2.0 a problem etc. We beed to ID what the hold up's
so MbUnit is never a problem to use.
Thanks
Andy

I'm starting with MbUnit and I can try to tell you the biggest problems is
findability.
-If you google for mbunit, you get mbunit.tigris.org, a code project
article, www.testdriven.net, blog.dotnetwiki.org and
http://www.mertner.com/confluence/display/MbUnit/Home. The information about
mbunit is very scattered aroung. Google doesn't even list www.mbunit.org,
that's easy to remember. And the available docs in the wiki are very, well,
wiki-style
-The place that seems to get more stuff about mbunit (Peli's Blog) is down
for a long time. I'm constantly getting dead links
-You can't even find what's the latest version. There's a download link in
the page, but it's very uninformative.
-I had to search for a while to get to the conclusion that the project
wasn't dead after all
I don't mean to be criticizing, just letting know what I think is missing.

Hi Gustavo,
Thanks for your feedback, the home for the source of MbUnit docs/downloads
etc has changed but its now settled and hopefully people will be able to
find us. Over time google will list the right URL's but it can only do so if
folks blog it or link on their web sites etc. The articles that Peli had on
his blog we may be able to migrate to the wiki, that's Peli's call. The
download page I will prep up the text more so it makes more sense.
Thanks
Andy
