july 4th running plans

Would like to run 10 miles or so. Any plans to run.
Maybe a boogie loop or Hoffman. Let me know if anyone has a plan. Would also
like to cycle a little after the run. Any ideas? Happy 4th Chris

anyone who does not have any July 4th plans feel free to come hang out around
the pool.

| Chris, I'd be delighted. Here's something else taking place that day. Anybody wants to race there's a 5K in Pembroke this Saturday, a few hours before the Lumbee Homecoming Parade. Starts at 6 a.m., right across from the Givens Performing Arts Center at the university. Google Lumbee Homecoming or the Lumbee Regional Development Association (LRDA) and they'll have the info.
