Well, this is a strange request, especially as you appear to be in a
partnership where one party doesn't speak to the other! and any
partnership (you say you are joint owners?) needs to be set up where
all know what is involved, otherwise the 'what if....' scenario rules
the day and nothing will ever get done.

If that is actually a problem, the Invitations were not "eliminated,"
They were placed in the spam folders (bins) of the email accounts they
were sent to. Advise your propective memebrs to look in thier spam
folder and if the Invitation is there to take it out, open it and
follow the directions in the Invitation. How do you know that half the

You have correctly used Adds for transferring an existing mailing list
to google Groups. That is what the Help Center entry advises. You
filed a report correctly. You posted here, also the right thing to do
with this problem,. Now its up to Support. Nothing to do except wait.
This will kick your message back to the top.

Opening application spreadsheet

I'm an owner of a group. The other owner set up a spreadsheet for
prospective members to fill out to join our group. He can get in to
view it and get the information requested before they join. He is
currently out of town and I now need to get to the spreadsheet. Does
anyone know how to get to the spreadsheet?

It seems to me that google groups has got to change their ivitations

Difficulties updating Google Group pages

Hello out there,

I was wondering whether anyone else is experience problems updating
the pages on their Google Group. All of a sudden the page keeps
telling me that it can't save my changes. If I ask it to connect it
does so, but when I try to save then it again refuses. Is this just my
problem or has anyone else experienced this?

Your dissapointment is understandable. Because its important to you,
consider requiring an e-mailed application message be sent to the
owner e-mail address instead of an answer written in the box provided.
The Q & A method is only a suggestion; owners can require whatever

Are your messages appearing in the group? If they're in Discussions,
and your members are on Email setting, they will receive them! Maybe
they're just belated........

In case, check your group settings......from Email delivery to
Advanced. There's a recent option that has to ticked in a right way

Yesterday I posted an email to my group, but my members recieved no
messages! I repeated sending the email today, but again no message was

Very disappointed to hear that these responses disappear after
approval. I assumed that these were saved and I could reference them
later. These messages do (did) contain valuable information that is
now lost.

Yes there is. Go on line and find each recent message you have posted
in the group discussions section. In the colored bar at the top, with
the Subject Line in bold, on the right side find the lin "Options" and
click on it. Now on the left you will see a white envelope icon and
the words in blue "e-mail up[dates to me". Click on that and the
