I just installed MacFuseCore 4.0 and now MacFusion no longer works.
Ideas?

Please read the list archives. MacFusion 1.1 does not wok with MacFUSE 4.0. Downgrade to 3.0, or look in the archives for a non-supported workaround.

FYI, the SVN copy has been updated for 4.0, you can checkout + build
w/ Xcode + install.

Verifying this particular fix:

1) I quit from MacFusion

2) built MacFusion revision 261

3) copied the built application to a preferred location

4) removed my (workaround) symlink fusefs.kext from
/Library/Extensions

5) launched MacFusion - OK.

(The warning dialogue appeared on first launch, then MacFusion
launched OK.)

Thanks for the fix in SVN, and I look forward to the next release of
MacFusion :-)

When building rev 261 I end up with a somewhat crippled release app.
It's only about 3,5 MB in size and no plugIn was build. Infact there
is no plugIn folder in that package at all. XCode reports no errors.
There ought to be one but which escapes me. Any ideas? Thanks.

did you:

* select the right target (MacFusion+plugins)
* check that you also have no linking error (that would appear in the
Build window, and would not show up in the main window)
