Does anyone use NP_LOCAL or NP_SINGLE?

I've been working piecemeal on a fork of LambdaMOO 1.8.3 for a while now, and discovered I did not account for these two options when I ported the code to compile under g++.

I put the issue in my tracker: http://code.google.com/p/waverous/issues/detail?id=16

but if no one uses these options anymore, I'd just as soon drop them from the code base entirely. I've already dropped support for NeXT, SGI and a few other things; my most recent efforts have been trying to update the Autotools support in general, and moving compilation options out of options.h in particular (and into ./configure as options there).

I've never built the server with NP_LOCAL or NP_SINGLE!

I have been known to use NP_SINGLE.
