Been trying to make the QtRadio for Android using the Necessitas and Qt environment.  So far successful in compiling the source files after modifying several of the QtMultimediaKit header files for proper include paths. It seems Ubuntu 10.10 has a problem with the installation of the Qt kits. Oh well I believe I am over this hurdle.

Now the issue is I am stuck at the end of the build process where the linker cant find the codec2 libraries. I tried everything I can think of to add path statements and the symbolic links to the libraries, but to no avail. Any help here would be appreciated. So close, I am tempted to try and remove the reference to the codec2, but know that is not the way to do things.

collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

make: *** [libQtRadio.so] Error 1

make: Leaving directory `/home/kevin/AQtRadioAB-build-android'

The process "/usr/bin/make" exited with code 2.

Hi Kevin,

This is probably a dumb question, but did you make the codec2 for Android?

Hey Kevin,

Did you ever have any success with Necessitas and QtRadio on Android? I
have this (new to me) Android device, and I'm curious if it will work.

Tnx,

Rob
