Subject: Is BIS/BES required for Cloud sync to work?
I've been using cloud sync thru WiFi for the past month without any
issues.  However, last May 5th when I unsubscribed from BIS, it
stopped working & I got the following error:

"Could not connect to MLO Cloud. Check your Internet connection."
"net.mylifeorganized.common.network.NetworkException: No available
connections"

I can browse to https://sync.mylifeorganized.net so I'm sure my WiFi
is okay.  Is BIS (or BES) required to sync to MLO Cloud?  Cloud sync
was working until I unsubscribed from BIS.  Help please.  TIA.

Most everything in the BB world requires a BlackBerry data plan to work. I am not surprised.

Try to remove all service book records through the options and restart
the device.

Thanks,
Eugen

@David
I was worried about that!  Been trying to decide whether I should
subscribe to BIS just for MLO, lol

@Eugen
This worked wonderful!  Deleted all service books > restarted > turned
on WiFi > started MLO > tried syncing > SUCCESS! :-)
I'm so happy right now!  Thanks a lot!
