  There is no formal application document. A person must write a letter &lt;br&gt; requesting consideration for selection to the specific board he/she is interested &lt;br&gt; in. It seems to work here! Janet

  Our Big Horn County Commissioners take applications for each specific board &lt;br&gt; position, library board being one. We members of the current library board &lt;br&gt; do not get our say in appointments, however we do usually ask people who we &lt;br&gt; know are interested in the library and would be active on our board to apply.
