Also   -Read, know and quote the Judicial Canons so even if they  get away with being a judge--they are bound by the Canons (published on the FL  S. Ct website), especially:

Canon 3 (D) Disciplinary Responsibilities
                          (1)   A judge who receives information or had actual knowledge that a  substantial likelihood exists that another judge has committed a violation of this  Code SHALL take  appropriate action

       The legal   meaning of "Shall"  means must.   No  Discretition.
