Subject: Criminal Defense Magazine Proposal for partnership or sell outright

Friends and Colleagues,

I have a great business opportunity for the right person. I have put a lot of sweat and tears into this project and unfortunately find no time to bring it to fruition. I have decided that I would entertain all offers for my website including partnerships where I would handle the website and the partner would handle the publishing side with my training and assistance, if needed. I will also assist in the purchase of advertising as I already have some advertisers interested in advertising in February's issue.

If you are looking for a new opportunity and are working in the Criminal Defense community, this is a great opportunity for you.

You have two options to get involved:

1. Buy the business: With purchase of the business, I will stay on for 3-6 months to help you get it started and then it is yours to grow and prosper. What you will get for your money will be negotiated between buyer and seller. Here is what is available: A fully optimized website with a little over 400 subscribers, an online forum and 25-30 hits a day on the website itself. A link from intelligentops.com to criminaldefensemagazine.com which I will keep active to the right buyer after the sell. You will need to purchase the publishing software if you want to design it yourself or hire a designer, I think the average rate per issue for a magazine designer in my area is $2000 depending on time spent on designing the issue and changes with each subsequent issue, if any. There are other fees involved as well which we will discuss during the negotiation process.

2. Get involved as a partner. The cost for a partnership in this endeavor is negotiable depending on agreement between business owners and stated involvement.

This is a great opportunity for someone in the Criminal Defense community so please contact me by email for further information.

The reason I am selling or looking for a partner: I don't have enough time since the current economic situation in my area has forced me to get a full-time job selling advertising. I really need someone involved who has their hands in the Criminal Defense community as I am not as involved in Criminal Defense as I used to.

All offers will be seriously considered as deadline for first print is February 1st, 2009. I hope to have this sold or have a new business partner by January 15th, 2009 or January 31st, 2009 at the latest.

For those that have subscribed to this magazine, Thank you! There will be an agreement not to sell your personal information that the new partners or owners will be mandated to sign. If they want to sell your information after that point then they will have to get your permission to sell it to third-parties. Your contact information is safe and secure. We value your readership, so please stay with us as subscribers and tell your friends. The first issue is going to be a very exciting time for all involved and we need your participation as a subscriber to assist us in negotiating for advertising to cover costs so you don't have to pay.

Please send all inquiries to: Presid...@intelligentops.com since I have turned off my email for most list serves with the exception of a couple. I will return your phone call after 5pm Monday through Friday.

Thank you for taking the time to read this proposal and have a prosperous 2009,
