We'd need to put some thought into group rides. Particularly in the urban areas where most of our riding takes place you need to be confident all in the group have good bike handling skills and understand biking protocol as well as rules of the road. On LBK in particular riders need to be familiar and comfortable with riding paceline. Also need to segregate into different speeds.
I ride with an experienced group and we still have incidents, to the point on LBK I now prefer to ride solo or with one or two others.
